Cixi Runzhou Pipe Industry Co., Ltd, whose predecessor is Cixi Haibin Copper Production Factory, is located in Hangzhou Bay Economic Development Zone, is only 60 kilometers away from The Second Largest Port in China—Ningbo Beilun Port, 300 kilometers away from Shanghai (close to Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge), and 70 kilometers away from Ningbo Lishe International Airport. The geographical position is quite predominant, and the transposition is very convenient. The company covers 6500 square meters, including 5500 square meters of building.
In the year of 2006, we developed a new production line of anti-ultraviolet radiation compound pipes for cold and hot water, besides the original production line of pipe fittings which we produce for more than 20 years. Currently our company have equiped with production lines for warm-water system such as PEX pipe, pipe fittings and installation tools. We also brought into test facility called BH99-4B entire automatic tubing pressure resistance experiment control. The company product are insured by the People's Insurance Company of China. In 2007 the company passed the ISO9001 quality control system authentication.
Our main product “Runzhou PEXb-anUV pipe” is the high-tech product developed by the coorperation of our company and the Beijing Chemical University. Applying the advanced technics of one-step silane cross-linked polyethylene in today’s world, based on the production of DIN16892-97 standard of German. our produts have verified by National Chemical and Construction Materials Testing Center and Institute for Environmental Health and Related Product Safety Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Our prouducts’performance of usage and hygiene is up to the national criterion, and the products received national high-tech Product reward. This kind of product has the characteristics of anti-ultraviolet, radiation, green environment, aseptically, anti-corrosive, not scaling, long longevity, freeze-break resistant, fewer joint and easier to install. They are widely applied in hot and cold water plumbing system, service lines, hydronic radiant heating systems, snow melting application system, and so on.
